Here at The Body Shop Studio, we take neck training seriously. Whether you are an athlete looking to reduce your risk for concussion or a person well past the age of retirement we find many benefits to incorporating this into our strength programs. As we age and our necks get weaker, our posture suffers as well as or mobility, limiting our ability to do small tasks like turning our head trying to make a turn while driving.
